Default cutting off ac and ps wheels on accessory pully

so i was thinking of was to lessen the drag on my engine when i noticed that even though the ac and ps was removed the pullies for them are still attached to the crank. can i have them machined off so only the altenator pully is on the crank? has anyone done this? i heard its bad to buy a new crank pully so would this be a better alternative? ps its a jdm b16

How much did it cost you to get it cut and balanced? I was thinking of doing this as well, but I couldn't find anyone around my area that does balancing.
