custom tranny
does anyone know where i could buy the 5th gear to an ls tranny. cause i use my 99 civic as an everyday driver and i put a b18c5 in it so i was lookin for the gas milage i did have. i talked to some people and they said that i can replace the 5th gear on my tranny with a 5th gear on an ls. to improve gas milage

Putting a 5th gear into your tranny is going to be either A. a bitch if you do it yourself or B. terribly expensive if you pay someone to do it

If you know a shop that deals with rebuilding tranny's.....check to see if they send transmissions to this place, its where I got my tranny from.
