Default Custom dash mounts for Teg swap on a 92-95 Hatch

Just seeing if anyone has ever attempted this, I'm doing it now so I don't have to drill or cut anything extra. I making them with 1/8" steel, I'll post pics as it progresses. So far I have the part finished where they mount to the car, now I'm just measuring out to where it will mount to the dash. The stuff I got from Home Depot is pretty pliable when in a vice but also still pretty sturdy. I don't see that it will have any issues with movement as the dash holds pretty well even without the side mounts, these will be just to lower it to match up with the door panels. I am also going to add the pieces where on the driver side the fuse box mounts and the passenger side mounts to the glove box. I don't feel like welding and I'm doing this at work so hopefully JB Weld will hold the separate pieces together.

Anyway if it works I'll get a write-up if this thread draws interest. I have to fly out to Kansas today for work so no updates until Thursday.
