Default Custom 1 Peice wiring for h22 into EG Troubles/ideas ......

So basically guys/gals heres what I did
took the stock D18b8 lawnmower engine harness and took the stock H22A harness from hmo motors "awesome place btw" and used the ends/injector clips and best connectors from each engine to remake a 1 piece wire harness.

Every wire from the engine goes to the ecu "Connectors A B D"
wires that go from the dash to the sensors are also redone

I guess what I'm asking is I have a printout as you can see in one of my photos of the wiring diagram and ECU pins they go to..

I am wondering if anyone has done this before? and

granted there are a lot of options i did not hook up
Ill start from the top pin outs

A12 condenser fan relay
A15 ac clutch relay
A17 IAB solenoid
A18 FAS (A/T)
A19 Intake Control Solenoid valve
A20 Evap purge
B3/B4 (A/T) bullshit
B5 A/C Switch
B7 AT gear postion switch
B8 PSP Switch
D2 -- Brake switch I have no idea what this is suppose to do, but its hooked up.
D10 -- ELD -- this was pinned but the CX dosent have ELD SO its not connected
D12 - EGR LIFT
D19 EGR Valve lift sensor

As noted all above are not connected, does anyone have any idea why the fuel pump doesn't come on?

the MIL pin from the dash goes directly to the ECU as I identified this pin out from the wiring diagram.

the engine turns over, the mil stays on, the battery light flashes as its cranking and thats about it!

I am going to wire the fuel pump on when the key is put in to test to see if its an issue with that "crosses fingers"

If there are any wiring gurus out there I would like to know if i missed something hooked up or needs to be grounded or what i can do!

--Thanks again Photos of my headache are below.

yeah main relay is been checked , frankly i think the main relay is gay and needs to be replaced with 2 normal off the shelf relays like they do in the race cars...

I will check it again but the main relay was putting out voltage where voltage was suppose to be put out... ill give it another try tommrow.. anyone else?

Yeah, plus the main relay wouldn't normally trip the CEL/MIL if it were to go out. I am stumped, I assumed you have checked continuity at the actual pump?

I say just rewire the pump so it goes on with the ignition. Do you hear the relay click?

Are you getting 12v to the pump connection with ignition on, or not? Do you have another ECU you can use to see if the other one is buggy or something?

Yea.. 12v is not going to the fuel pump, i need to take a look at that tommrow and figure out what i cut, but I would like to have it perform as oem 2 seconds on when key is in ignition spot 2, i need to find the page in the service manual that identifys wire color's and test it all..

--thanks ill post tommrow sometime.

quickly wired the fuel pump to the acc position, fuel pump comes on, although the CEL light is on solid, the jumper switch that i installed to make it flash the cel code doesn't do anything.

any ideas?

Did you try starting the car? I don't know man all I could tell you it go over all your wiring, and make sure the ecu your working with is not at fault.

HEHE silly OFcourse I tried starting the car.

Either way, PROBLEM = SOLVED
expletiveING one happy guy! right now,

Pin A26 was not even connected and it should have been grounded ! thats it!

Previously the CEL light would not go out.

Below are some photos of my car and the thing i was working on,

The A, B, D connectors will get tided up pretty soon with a whole bunch of small zip ties to make it look less then ***, but either way, the beast is alive!
