Ok If i was to put back on my stock spprings on my dads 95 EX or my Del Sol would the camber kit need to be removed as well. Or does it not matter.

You mean remove the camber kit before putting the springs on? It wouldn't make a difference with the stock or aftermarket springs on, the camber kit would work the same with either. I'm not sure why you'd want to have the camber kit with a stock suspension though... if you're going back to stock, why dont' you take the kit off and sell it or something?

Well It would save on the cash to get the car realigned. But i was just wondering It's prolly not gonna happen but i just wanted to know if the camber kit would cause a reverse wear on tires. (if that makes sense at all)

Probably so. Seems like a logical deduction.

most camber kits can get set to 0 degrees. but you might as well pull them out and sell em. your stock pieces will should also yield ~0 degrees
