Default CTR Vs. ITR header

I cannot find a mint or at least good condition ITR header which I really want but I found a CTR header and was wondering what is the difference between the two power gains wise?

Well its actually different. Ctr are headers are 4-2-1 and the itr headers are 4-1 and you get more top end on itr and more mid range on ctr. Actually the b16b(ctr) and the b18c(itr) are the same motor but different tb,pistons and ctr has a shorter stroke. That's why its a 1.6.

ITR is definately the more popular of the two but I dont think you could go wrong with the CTR either.
