CTR Swap Questions
I swapped a CTR motor into my del sol last weekend. Got it to start but then turned it off to adjust something. After that it wouldnt start. Turns out we had blown the electrodes inside the plugs. After new plugs it runs but it runs rich and pretty rough. I doubled checked all sensor clips to see if something was unplugged but nothing. We did timing on it, checked fuel pressure, changed ecu's 3 times (p28 w/s100, p30, and the CTR ecu), changed map sensors but nothing.
Fuel pressure is at 41 when the key is turned two clicks and at 46 when at idle. And compression on cylinder one is at 214.
The car also has a turbo on it but even with the p28 w/s100 that has a tune for a b16 w/ 4.8psi still didnt help. I changed the injectors from the 440cc ones for the turbo to the stock 240cc's and used a jumper to plug in the CTR ecu but nothing seems to help.
I've called mechanic friends, the guy that sold me the motor (N1 Concepts), and ive had my uncle (mechanic) look for anything and everything.
To say the least im out of ideas please help
