They are the same. CTR is just painted crinkle red like the valve cover. I have an extra SI strut bar sitting in my garage if you want it.

theres been discussion before saying the ctr tube had thicker metal then the gsr/delsolvtec/99/00si bars. dont quote me though.

CTR strut bar is thicker don't know how much but when you hold a GSR OR SI strut bar next to it you can tell the difference.

I think I remember reading a while ago that the CTR on is a little thicker... Could be wrong though?!
