Re: CTR Steeringwheel Will fit EG???? (RAS612)
If it's a JDM Civic type-r one. It will not fit your EG or EJ. Only the Integra type-r one will fit EG's. The Civic type-r one can only fit onto EK's.
Hey the person who has the ebay add is a good person to get JDM stuff from.

On the ones with SRS below is the config I think without SRS is the exact same though. The spline is diff.
92-95 Civic's need Integra-R Wheel
96-00 Civic's the CTR will fit as well as S2000 wheel
Here is my CTR:

Yes it will only if it's a integra one. Also the airbag should work b/c on my EJ it does and I have the SRS one.

Will the Integra Type R steering wheel with SRS Airbag fit onto the EK civic 96-00? Or only the EK9 one? I´m fed up with my stock steering wheel, but I also want a functional Airbag. Some people here in Germany have put in the new CTR EP3 steering wheels in their EK Civics, but they say that the airbag will not work because of a different control module.

with airbag: A CTR one will fit the EK, The ITR one will Fit Tegs and EG/EJ's
This is without Airbag same idea. A CTR one will fit the EK, The ITR one will Fit Tegs and EG/EJ's

The Integra type r one with SRS will not fit the 96-00 civic, Also in regards to the CTR EP3 steering wheel it will not work with the EK. You need a JDM RSX R wheel since it has a single stage airbag system like the ek's.
Trust me i know!
I bought an EP wheel for my 00si and it bolted on but the wires were different.
I ended up going with the JDM RSX R. Bolted on no problem!

Re: (insomniac791)
YES
unplug the battery
I waited 10 mins just to be sure :D
from there there are two caps on each side of the wheel.
Take those off and you will see two hex bolts one on each side. Undue those and the airbag in the center will pullout. Unplug the airbag from the wheel and set it aside.
Next loosen the big bolt that is holding down the steering wheel. DO NOT REMOVE IT COMPLETELY!! once you have loosened it a bit pull on the steering wheel. It is pressed on so it may require some pulling. By keeping the nut on, it saves you from flying into the back seat when it finally becomes loose.
Once its loose and the wheel is off do the reverse for the new wheel
Not that hard !
