Default CTR steering wheel incomplete? [I SEARCHED ALREADY]

Ok so I think I just got screwed. Got this wheel in a trade and noticed there is something missing from the inside

Can anyone confirm that I can swap another spline/hub into this wheel?
Or am I screwed

i know people swap out the spline/hub to fit them in the eg/ej chassie. i think its possble to find another one and bolt it in if im not mistaken.

not the same, CTR/ITR look like a momo hub...well **** they are Momo hubs. Does anyone have pics of the inside of a CTR wheel? So I know if I'm missing more than just the hub

cost me a new Momo tuner wheel and some NRG stuff that I got dirt cheap. About $200 out of my pocket I'd say...so it wasn't completely a wash
