CTR Proportion valve? will it work on 2000 Civic w/ 5 lug?
I have a USDM ITR 5 lug setup that im putting on a 2000 DX coupe, i just found a CTR brake proportion valve. i did a search and nothing came up on this i was wondering if it is the same as the SI one. I cant find any SI proportion valves and just came across this one will wit be direct plug and play?
Just was looking for a quick answer i actually havent looked under my hood yet to see if it matchs at all. i will do that tommorow

CTRs had ABS, thus an EK9 proportioning valve would not be the same as a USDM EM1 Si prop valve.

Si proportioning valves can be easily found. Just buy one from the dealer or http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

you don't need a new prop valve...
just use the one you have
<--- 5 lug EK with stock DX prop valve... works fine

If you are looking for a stiff pedal upgrade the Brake booster and Master Cylinder to the ITR counterparts and you'll feel a big difference.

The proportioning valve doesn't affect pedal feel, it affects brake bias.
