ctr power folding mirrors
i just installed my ctr mirrors on my 00 coupe and find that the base does not properly fit. i even had to keep the foam part that goes between the base and the inside part of the door cause it wasn't fitting right. did anyone have this problem?

The corner towards the front of the car? Is it too pointy?
