Default CTR crank pulley

ok so my waterpump **** the bed on me so my car has been sitting for about 2 weeks until i get money for a water pump and timing belt, i figured while i had my crank pulley off anyway i was looking into getting the CTR N1 crank pulley...i dont have power steering or a/c so it really doesnt matter that the alternator is all i can run...my question is would this be a good idea for a street car? the reason im asking is i already have an 8lb. flywheel thats light as **** and i don't want my car to be stalling out coming to a stop. also will a waterpump from a b16a2 fit a b16a3? i'd imagine so but im not sure.

if you dont have ac or ps already CTR N1 crank pulley would be the best addition to your car. regardless if you already have an 8lbs flywheel.
