CTR cams and check engine light
Hey I installed CTR cams and pistons in a B16A and now my check engine light goes on for the knock sensor. I used a scan tool to find that out. Does anyone know why? It is a code 23 and I have replaced the knock sensor.

Sounds like your engine is knocking. 
Did you retard the timing?
If the compression is high and the gas is low octane you will knock. Run 93 if you can and clear the code.......
