CTR 22mm Rear Sway bar on DEL SOL VTEC - SMART or STUPID...
I debating if i should bother putting on my ctr rear 22mm sway bar in replace of my stock delsol vtec rear sway bar....
i was told it would stiffen the rear too much to cause it to spin out easily..
i current am dropped on some tanabe sustec pro coilovers.... and they ride pretty stiff... already.... not really feeling and body roll or leaning when turning so.... just wondering if its a good idea to upgrade......
let me know what ur set up is and how is it..

DO IT! trust me its a GREAT upgrade to any car.
im running:
omnipower full coils (10k front 8k rear spring rates)
C pillar bar
B pillar harness bar
AC autotechnic CF front strutbar
Blox LCA's
ASR subframe and 24mm swaybar
beaks* bar
handles like a fcukin dream
if you try to cruch corners on wet pavement 180's happen easily. just be a responcible driver and your fine.

Get some sticky tires and don't drive like a fool when it's unsafe outside (rain, snow, etc) and you'll be fine

Well it wont spin out more easyily than stock suspension simply because of the physics behind what the sway bar does. When a normal car with stock suspension with little or no sway bars goes around the corner most of the weight is put on the out side wheel and the inside wheel gets less weight so that means less tire surface touching the ground ergo you spin out more easy. However with the stronger swaybar will keep the wheels on the ground better and more evenly distribute the tire surface area touching the ground Improving grip.

Never had an issue with a thick swaybar reducing traction, if anything it helps. If you drive like a moron, no matter what you have on your car you'll have issues.

you can lose the back if you have better tires in front. im poor so I have S.drive in front and ASX in back. This plus rain, and hitting ruts in the road has created a few slides when it wasnt expected. But overall it makes the car more neutral and sometimes snappy. But its a lot of fun.
