CRX Motor Question
I have a 90 CRX SI motor that I am putting in my 93 hatch. I am doing this for a cheap fix to sell the car. I am using my old stock manifold, distributor, injectors, and ecu. In theory I thought this should work, but the OBD1 distributor is not lining up on the old CRX head. Two of the slots to bolt it on line up, and one doesn't. Is it not possible to swap back to a crx motor in an eg?

Re: CRX Motor Question (j2630)
Two bolts will work just fine on the distributor, but the wiring is probably different seeing as it's an OBD0 engine in an OBD1 car. Can you swap them? Sure. Can you do it with no previous OBD-converting experience? Probably not.
Good luck though.
Good luck though.

Oh I actually did convert the crx this motor was from to OBD1. The distributor is OBD1, as well as the harness and ecu. I am just working with what was an ODB0 motor and head, and everything else OBD1.
