CRX lca = ITR lca?

CRX lca = ITR lca?
I am getting some itr suspension and will need the rear lcas off an itr to make the rear fit...however i was told that crx ones will work as well. I never heard of that, can somebody confirm that??? Will an ITR sway bar work with crx lcas as well?
