crx coilovers

Default crx coilovers

searched but cant find. Will crx coilovers fit on a 99-00 civic coupe?

Yeah, they'll fit, but it wont be right.

The older chassis had completely different suspension geometry, shock dimensions and stroke.

I wouldn't.

Edit: Do you mean just coilover sleeves or do you mean actual coilovers?

If you're talking just sleeves, then yeah, they'll fit with no issues. The rates may be different but that's about it.

a buddy of mine just told me he picked up a crx shell with coilovers, thats all i know as of now. im going to look at them tomorrow. probably just coilover sleeves though

fronts will probably be too short.
rear will probably work, but not give you a lot of height.

only way to know for sure is to try.

well since the CRX weighs a sheite less i imagine they will sag a bit and prolly be bouncy as hell

Softer springs usually means LESS bouncy.

If they're some kung fu racing cheap coilover sleeves, the rates are probably sky high or wack in some way anyway. A lot of cheapo companies dont have different rates for different cars.

I dont even know if some legit companies have different sleeveover spring rates for different cars.

Spend the hour and a half to slap them on and see how it works out.

Remember to clock your bushings and pray to God that you dont break any bolts in the rear suspension.
