Default Is Cruise control vital?!

well im trying to narrow down things why my si wont start after the motor swap...The injectors are the only things keeping it from running..I simply unhooked my crusie control and took it off....Is the cruise vital ...like for the ECU to see it there to send voltage to the injectors?

Cruise Control is NOT important to the ECU operating properly.CC is for pussies anyway.
