cruise control problem?
it appears that many of you are cruise control haters? well, for lazy people like myself, i find it useful...so i pose a question. my cruise control is not working correctly, when i press the necessary buttons to enable the cruise control, the only thing that happens is that the cruise control light on the gauge comes on, but no cruise control type driving is noticed..anyone know what could be wrong?

I don't have cc anymore but yes it is useful sometimes when your going on a long roadtrip. Set it and your all good to go cuz driving about 200 miles isnt that fun. But yeah I wouldnt know about the cc man I have my own mechanic to check out my car. gl yo

cruise control runs off the vacuum line of the engine. check the cable line(for slack in the line) going to the cruise control module box in the engine compartment. it's a square box with a cable line running out of it. also check your fuses and electrical wiring going from the module to the cruise button.
