it sounds like a stage one cam that doesn't require aftermarket springs. I'd look at what kind of seat pressures the springs have and pick one of the softer ones. Quality isn't an issue, all three of those companies are very reputable. I would probably pick Supertech simply because they are usually cheaper than others.

Some people like to run titanium retainers and some people have had issues with the keepers pulling through. Just keep in mind that MOST are meant for racing only. Some people have good luck and don't have issues, but do your homework if you think about new retainers.

i like stock retainers because there steel. titanium is very brittle and can crank under alot of load. as he said this is a cam that requires stock springs so get the weakest set u can find. too much pressure could ride the cam hard and ruin the cam over time

No, stage 1 cams can be run with stock springs, but it's "recommended" to get aftermarket. If you're going to raise your redline, probably would be good to get some of the softer aftermarket springs. If not, the softer OEM springs would create less drag= less parasitic loss=more power.
