Creaking sound?
In the past few days I have noticed a whirring or a humming sound while driving, now when I get out of my car there is a loud creaking sound coming from the back right tire. Any ideas what this could be?

Re: Creaking sound?
I have oem shocks, Im starting to think that the creaking doesnot have anything to do with it however the noise is still there and both of the wheel bearings are fineany other ideas as to what this could be? The sound also goes away when I make right turns...

Re: Creaking sound?
That sounds a little alarming to be honest.
You need to jack it up and check the suspension for free play.
Make sure to rotate the tire and manhandle it a bit to see if the bearing is bad. When you say "a whirring or a humming sound while driving" it sounds to me like you are describing a bad bearing. If it's a bad bearing you should change it ASAP.
If it's just dragging brakes, you should fix that soon too so you don't wear out your brake pads and gas mileage.
