when it has a supercharged v8 in a 2000-2500 pound car thats not a fast time

Its probably not as fast as it should be, but when you said

Thats pretty ignorant, because until you can build a car that fast, I dont think you should be calling that car slow.
BECAUSE theres nothing slow about a 11.7 time slip buddy.

Re: (Br1anPham)
i think what Gold_Ef is trying to say. Being rwd, having a v8 along with a supercharger in a sucha small car. and only geting 11s.. thats slow in my eyes... i assume with a good driver and traction. 9s is very possible. and i know theres a bigger difference between 9s and 11s... correct me if im wrong.

Listen here chump, maybe you'll learn something. I never argued that the car was fast for it it had, or even compare power per liter.
What I'm saying is very simple, now read it slow, maybe it'd click:
ANY CAR RUNNING 11's IS FAST.
Of course its a matter of opinion, I mean you drive a 9 second honda everyday and 11.7 is slow to you.
But I doubt it, and besides, I doubt you even seen the difference between an 11 second car and a 13 second car. After 1320 feet, thats over bus lengths apart.
All in all, westcoastRICE is right about being clowns argueing over something so pointless, if you think the car is slow, so be it.

I"ve seen this car being posted everywhere, and everywhere I see it, it never fails to bring out some ignorance....
The 60' time has a HUGE effect on what the car would run. case in point, my old integra went 15.70's @ 88 with a 2.3 60', compared to 11.7's @ 115 with a 60' time a half second slower? As anyone who knows anything about frag racing, a half second in the 60' is a TON, damn near a second and a half in the whole track.
And to the guy who thinks that car weighs that car weighs anything close to 2000-2500 pounds, consider how much more a small block Chevy weighs compared to a B18, how much a turbo 350 trans weighs compared to a YS1, all the chassiwork weighs compared to the car when it was stock, and how much a Ford 9" rearend weighs when the car didn't come with ANY rearend stock!
Scootin' little car for what it is....
