I could hardly read your post. It sounds like coolant in the cylinders to me, blown head gasket. Not sure what it had to do with the dizzy? It might have been a coincidence or you were testing your dizzy by revving the **** out of it and blew the head gasket.

So you overheated, stopped and then it smoked like hell when you restarted?
Lots of things could have caused the overheating, but most likely that's separate from the dizzy leaking oil, AND separate from the smoke. The overheating CAUSED the smoke, by warping the head and busting the head gasket, causing oil and/or coolant to get in the cylinders when you restarted it.
You got three issues, the dizzy, the overheating, and the blown head gasket. Depending on how hot it got, could have warped the head. I don't know, you might tow it in. Right now assume the head isn't warped but if you drive it in and overheat it again it might warp and then you'd be buying a new head also. A head is more expensive than a tow.

Re: crasyyyyy smokee!!!! ????
If it only overheated that one time, it's not warped. I had a blown head gasket, drove it a LOT (like 10+ miles at least 5 times) and it was just fine. I already planned on buying a newer engine anyway which is why I did it. That motor was toast even without the headgasket blowing.
Still, don't rev it hard and drive as little as you possibly can. Make sure the radiator is completely filled too.

Re: crasyyyyy smokee!!!! ????
Has nothing to do with how many times it overheated. It has to do with the temperature that the head reached. That's a nice little anecdotal story you have but I'm pretty sure his gasket is ****ed far beyond being drivable, the title of the thread is crasyyyyy smokee!!!!, not "slight amount of white smoke with a little coolant consumption."

Oh yeah, I completely agree. That's exactly how it was with mine. Head gaskets don't seem to like me. 3 of my 4 motors have had a blown one (1 b18a1, 1 d16z6, 1 d15b)

^^^ do this like he said, if you find anything in the oil dipstick, like if it looks milky or white or has moisture, its yo headgasket

To check for the white milky stuff, take the oil cap off the valve cover. The dip stick works too, but I always thought it was easier to just check the oil cap since it's bigger and more white stuff collects there.
Did you do the tiny bubble test? Run the car with the radiator cap off and look for a BUNCH of really tiny bubbles that just don't stop. If you have that, it's the head gasket.
