Default Crank Pulley or Accesory Pulley?

I recently dropped a B16A into my EG6 and trying to fine tune it before I overhaul it for AutoCross next summer. I decided to go with Power Steering, however, it is extremely over sensitive. I had someone suggest to me to use an underdrive pulley to retard it.

I'd rather use an Accesory Pulley rather than a Crank Pulley, because an Underdrive Crank Pulley with a 7Lb Flywheel do not mix well. Anyone have any recommendations on what Accesory Pulley to get so I can retard my over active steering, or do Light Flywheels with Crank Pulleys do better in B-Series Engine than they do in K-Series Engine(When I say this, I mean is it ok to have both Light Flywheel and Crank Pulley, having both in a K-Series engine is an engine rebuild waiting to happen)?

"I had someone suggest to me to use an underdrive pulley to retard it."

Maybe ask this person since they suggested it

Because the person who suggested is a muscle head who doesn't know the difference from a B-Series Engine to a K-Series Engine.

Okay. Just wondering. I've found that if someone suggests something but seems to not be able to elaborate then it's a good chance their talking out of their ***. At which point I don't listen to them anymore.

Only time I've heard of anyone swapping out pulleys was to gain HP. Not to reduce power steering. Usually they just take it out altogether. I wish you could use the setup in a Prelude. That was the perfect setup for me.
