Crank Position Sensor help... Please (searched for 2 days)

Crank Position Sensor help... Please (searched for 2 days)
Before you guys call me the "noob" I've been searching this for a while and have little info, so please help me out here.
First off its a 98 ek hatch with a stock Y7. I pulled the motor to replace it with my built motor Z6 Head and Y7 bottom end. IT IS NOT IN THE CAR YET! When I pulled the harness off the STOCK Y7 I noticed that a part of the harness went down by the crank/oil pump/oil pan. So I unplugged it and it left a part of the harness on the block that ran down in the actual motor. I was thinking probably a "Crank Position Sensor" or something of that nature. But when looking at my BUILT MOTOR Z6/Y7 it doesn't have that part of the harness sticking out. So i did some reasearch and read that the OBD1 cars the Crank Position Sensor is in the dizzy. Since I'm running a OBD1 dizzy that has been re-pined for the OBD2 harness plug (since I'll be using my stock OBD2 harness w/ a jumper and p28), what do I need to do about the plug for the Crank Position Sensor that was on my STOCK Y7?
Leave it unplugged?
Route it back to the dizzy?
Please guys any info would be great.

CPS = Crank position sensor? If so then yes they do, and he will, and car will run like ****. The CKP (crank position sensor) is in the distributor for all Honda Civics and Acura Integras from 88-01. Newer models i dont know.
That sensor by the oil pump is the CKF (Crank Fluctuation sensor). It basically reads/feels for skipping between the belt from the crank and head. If your running an obd1 ecu they do not have this sensor so youll be fine.
