crank no start need help. tried everything!!!!!!

crank no start need help. tried everything!!!!!!
ohk so here is the thing.......i have a 96 civic with a jump harness to a p06 {obd1}.ive replaced my main relay, ecu, fuel filter,fuel pump, fuses, checked for power in the relay and fuel pump and i do have power. i just went to the picknpull and got a dizzy replaced my ignition coil. still won't start NEEEEEED HELP

- Tell us what engine you have the P06 connected to.
- Check whether the fuel pump primes.
- Check for spark at all 4 spark plugs.
