Default Crank No start 98 Civic

I have a 98 ex civic. I had been experiencing a fluctuating idle again so i figured i would clean the IAC. I sprayed some carb cleaner into the IAC and some into the intake manifold. Let it sit and went inside. About 6 hours later went out to start the car and it would turn over but cranked. Went under the hood and found that i didn't plug the IAC back in. So I did that and tried to start. Again just cranked. Started to smell fuel so i thought i may have flooded it. Took the plugs out and dried them and sprayed the cylinder walls with air. Let it sit, then the car started but immediately died out. The car has spark, starter is good, fuel pump is good, i don't know what to do. I also did noticed the Crank Fluctuation Sensor was bar from being caught in the alternator belt. So i re wired that. Just took the plugs out and left the iac off. I will try again later. Any help ?

CEL codes?

Is spark bright white at all 4 plugs?

Does the fuel pump prime?

I don't think there is any codes, i can't tell atm because i unplugged the batter. The spark is bright white at all 4 plugs and the fuel pump does prime.

Reconnect battery. Crank engine for 30 seconds. Check for codes.

And while you're doing that, rent/borrow/buy a block testing kit. You can find them at any major parts store. 120 is extremely low.
