Default Crank no start

Hello. I have a 1995 Honda Del Sol S 1.5L
I have a crank no start issue. Fule pump is priming and working(although there is a strange clicking noise instead of the normal buzz). I unhooked the fuel line that goes into the fuel filter to make sure it did its 3-4second prime/pressure. It's getting spark to all four plugs
I also checked for blown head gasket- filled up radiator coolant and left the cap off to make sure no radiator fluid bubble from out and there is no milky like substance in the oil..

I replaced the main assy. Relay
spark plugs, distributor cap and that plastic wheel that turns (I can't think of the technical name for it)

its also not throwing any codes.

What should my next step be.
Please help.. I'm a signal full time Dad and need to have this car going.

Keep it simple. Get your battery tested and go from there

Would it constantly crank if it was a bad battery?? It still had power when it died out on me and will still hold its charge

When I test the fuel pump, I cracked the danjo bolt on the brand new fuel filter and its dosent do the 3-4sec spray (which normally indicates bad fuel) however when i disconnect the fule line before the fule filter to test the pump it sprays for that few seconds like its supposed to.... PLEASE I NEED HELP PEOPLE

There is also a loudish continues electrical buzz noise from the electric harness that clips into the bottom of the IACV on back of the intake...

First rule out a flooding situation.
Remove all the spark plugs and check them for wetness/fuel and fouling of any sort. While the plugs are out crank the engine a few times to dry out the cylinders. After reinstalling the plugs press the gas pedal down to floor to disable the fuel injectors and allow maximum air into cylinders. With gas pedal to the floor start the engine and hopefully it will run.

If the above doesn't solve the issue have a helper crank the engine while you spray throttle body cleaner or starter fluid into the throttle body...it should cause the engine to run for at least a few seconds.

An additional way to check to see if gas is getting to the fuel rail is to disconnect the return line from the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator. Have a bucket ready to catch the gas that will flow out of the bottom of the FPR.
