Crank no start
I have a 95 Del Sol 1.5L Auto with no crank no start. I have replaced Fuel Filter and Fuse relay and still no start but is still chatching fire and spark Even put a new distributor cap..
my existing fuel pump has a weird clicking that everyone keeps telling me it should do but everytime i recall hearing a file pump it was more of a buzz than a clicking noise. Also a continuous clicking noise coming from the IACV but stops clicking when i unplugged the harness. The clicking situation didn't happen until the crank no start situation came about

Re: Crank no start
How old is battery and what condition, is it fully charged and tested good. Next put a fuel pressure gauge on it and check fuel pressure. Yea the fuel pump is more of a buss/swirl noise not a click. I assume your check engine light goes out after a few seconds when "on" not necessarily cranking. If no fuel pressure check power to fuel pump at the pump. if no power then check out your main relay.

Re: Crank no start
I just had this issue with my civic. In my case, I first checked my wires and cap (it was raining I wasn’t worried it took on moisture) and when that didn’t work I moved to fuses which were also good. It would crank and not start also I should mention. I then Realized my fuel pump didn’t prime but I heard the relay click. Since I have a parts car I took the relay and pump and swapped them but still same issue. It ended up being the ground to the ECU. On my car there’s a ground on the thermostat that goes to a harness by the battery and it was all corroded and cut. So I replaced that and she was good to go after some idle relearning. Hope this maybe helps. Check your fuel filter too btw. My friend had to swap a clogged / water logged filter. If that’s the case drainall he fuel from the lines as well, swap filters and out good fuel in there. No start is always fuel, electric or spark
