Default Crane or msd ignition systems

Went to local shop to get some prices a msd-6al and they said that i should go with the crane system because they are better. Anyone have a crane ignition system? how do like like it? And also what would u go with?

I like the msd systems more.

i've got three msd's sitting in my garage all "blown" imo ignition upgrades like msd and crane are a waste of money. i've dyno'd with and without a msd on my car and it did absolutely nothing.

i used an msd 6al for a while. it was a piece of crap. couldn't keep a steady idle, car hesitated like nobody's business...i finally got fed up with it and took the damn thing out. and that solved all the problems.

i have the crane system in my 2000 civic si, and i think its great. i did feel a little difference with it in my car. i also like the security feature it has on it. you flick a switch, and if someone ends up starting your car, it idles at like 300, and if they hit the gas, itll stall.
