i thought it was just the cv joint so i did the whole axle, that stopped it for like a week then it slowly came back and is now worse then before, when i turn left or slow down i can hear and feal a poppin sound, it seams like whenever i put a little stress on the car it does it,like if i were to speed shift itll do it, is this my ball joints or something else, also i have n aftermarket adjustable upper control arm, does this require a dif. upper ball joint or are they the same?

Check the ball joints and motor mounts.

Yep I had that problem when i was replacing both of my CV joints. Replaced Ball Joints and mounts along with tie rods havent had it since then
