What basically happened is the plastic in the arm rest, on the door, cracks from people resting the arm on it.... usually happens right about where your elbow rests.... I am just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they may have fixed it

I know the obvious solution would be to buy a new door panel, but if I don't need to that would be great

The guy at my local body shop said he maybe able to fix it using the same stuff they use to fix plastic bumpers

any help would be great

Mines cracked too, i just dont put my elbow up there anymore, And a door panel from a junkyard couldnt be more than 50 bones. but i dont care that much.

Can't you purchase a new arm rest? You will need a plastic welder to remove/install the new piece as honda plastic welded the arm rest to the door panel in about 12 diff. areas

nah unless someone is willing to part out that piece u got to buy a whole door pannle. I've been looking for one for a while and the only1 I've seen at the junk yard was for a manual window
