I have a 2 door 93 ex civic and ordered the front seats from a 99 SI civic, leather tho, lol. only one side bolted right up, anyone ever did this conversion and have an idea from cuttin the front bolt(the side not bolting up) and dripping new holes 4 the seats and all. thanx.

You have to swap the stock rails over, then it's a direct bolt in. I did the same thing with the EM1 seats in my hatch right now. took me 45 miuntes each side because I went slow.

Sounds good. Swap the seat rails over and you're golden.

the stock rails won't convert over. There is a 3 bolt pattern on the stock rail, 2 on SI seats(the bolts for the non-controled side). Then the bolt pattern on the other side is off(for the railin 2 be tightened on). I will just drill new holes, a waste of time but learn things the hard way.
