Couple of questions... Easy, hopefully.
First off...
I've had a loud knocking noise in my car for a while now... it does it until I push in my clutch. Many on HT have said it's my clutch/TO bearing. My question is this: If I buy a "clutch kit" does that kit come with a TO bearing or is it something seperate that I need to purchase.
EDIT: Is this what I'm looking for as far as a "throwout bearing" goes?

Second question: My car idles extremely high (2000-2500rpm) when I first start it, then it slowly drops down to normal (600-800) after driving for a little while. My VSS is broken... Would this affect the idle RPM's at all? Also, can anyone give me a picture of where the ICAV is, along with a way to tell what the connectors are for the throttle body? (I'm only asking because the previous owner did some things to the engine that were kind of stupid that I found.)

Sounds like you need a new thrust bearing and yes that link is where there at. Second question is similar to the problem i had with mine and turned out a bolt was loose on the throttle body but im sure the icav has somethimg to do with it.
