ok i have searched a little bit and have come up with no definitive answers unless its a z6.

the car is a 96 dx hatch. the person before me put in a full d15b2 and had all sorts of chaos under the hood. i just had a couple questions because ive never done a mini me. yes i have looked under the FAQ in the ef threads and eg/ek threads.

what timing belt do i use with the b2 block and y8 head combo? ive heard use the corresponding belt with head. confirm - deny?


what intake manifold would be preferred? i asked a friend if i could use a z6 manifold and he was telling me there is a difference between the obd1 IACV and the obd2 IACV 2 port vs 3 port.

any help would be much appreciated!
