Default couple newbie questions

Hello everyone. I havent really posted in this forum, but i just sold my integra and i am picking up a 98 cx at the end of the week so i guess I will be around here a lot more often I got a pretty good deal on her, dark blue color (what is the color called?) only 25k miles all stock. No power anything no ac.
Now for the newbie questions:
1. Are other honda clusters a bolt in affair? I searched but could only find answers to people who have dx's not cx's. Does that matter? Is it just plug and play? I need a tach and was looking at possibly swapping in an integra cluster in the future. Or can you only use clusters from other 6Gs ie ex, si?
2. What parts do i need to install ac? I know it adds weight etc but in the summer days it would be nice to have it.
3. Anyone have the exact hp, torque, weight mpg etc ratings from the factory?
4. What does this thing run stock in the 1/4?
Sorry if i asked a question that has been answered before, nothing came up on the search. Thanks.
Here is a bad pic from the autotrader where i found it:

ok if you want a tach all 6g tachs are just plug and play unscrew the old tach and you will see a wired taped to one of your plugs this is your tach wire, plug it in i can't remember which pin and then plug in yuor new cluster either an ex or SI and you are good to go.

To put in a gsr cluster you will need to repin your plugs it is not very hard at all cause i have done it and it looks super sweet. there are wiring diagrams all over then net but 99 % of them are WRONG. the only one i know of that is right is located at http://www.fifthgearonline or something like that because i helped the guy that wrote it wire his cluster.
