could the thermostate be going bad?
When i start the car it goes up to H then it sits there i start worrying then it just goes down to the usual temp? now this only happens when its been freezing out side the night before, and im wondering if i need to change the antifreeze but its neon green. then i thought maybe the thermostate is bad since its burning heat when its close to H. any ideas?

I'd say wait till it warms up, see if you have the problem still. If the problem still occurs, change your thermostat.

if it gets hot right when u start ur car, your temperature sensor could be bad, use a hydrometer to check ur coolant and check ur temperature range of it. If the problem persists flush ur system. peace
