Could my injectors be the problem?
I swapped my y8 engine for a y7 but i put on the the intake manifold injectors fuel rail and header on it. The car will run for awhile but then dies. When i take the spark plugs on the head has alot of gas in it. Could the injectors from the y8 be putting too much gas in the head and flooding it? Which in turn would keep my engine from running more than 10 seconds? Oh and i need to get a ECU for the y7 im still running the y8. I know ill throw codes and run like **** but could the injectors be keeping it from running for a consistent time period?

No. Damn near every honda has the same size injecotrs. 240cc. It will not be the injectors. My guess would be ECU or damaged FPR. I have a OBD-1 ECU if you need one.

Re: (96 EX)
FPR= fuel pressure regulator. it is the small cylinder looking thing on the drivers side of the fuel rail with a vacuum line goin into it.
i think all honda injectors are 240 except for the h22 which are 290
