Icon2 correct timing cover for d15b/y8 head

ok so im sure some of you have seen my post where im doing the D15B block and using my Y8 head for my Vtec. ok its ready to drop in one question. What combo of timing belt covers do i use? cuz they dont line up. anyone know the law for VA on that becuase ive read that people leave them off but could fail inspections? i dunno, i do know we dont have a bad inspection system like some states as ours is pretty simple. any help would be greatly appreciated im just going to drop it in anyways with out it unless there will be a problem with that?

time the motor just as if it was a y8. what computer are u using? if its a p28 then u should use a z6 cam gear and time it like a z6.

you need to change all the covers including the one thats behind the cam gear on the head to a y8 timing cover. that cover shouldn't matter too much you can use the d15 and im sure u will be fine it has no importance.
