Nope. According to the pictures the one on the left is "96'-98' models except D16B5; 99'-00' D16Y5 with M/T".
The one on the right is "All D16B5 Engines; All 99'-00' except D16y5 with M/t".
So you have the OBD2 pinouts for different models but none for OBD1 vehicles.
