I am having the same problem. Relay is good. Replaced ect sensor and the fan switch. Just installed new radiator and thermostat now that I did that the fan will not come on. Before I put rad and thermo in im pretty sure the fan worked and I also have jumped the circuit and the fan works. 95 civic ex. 275,000 miles all original parts

have you replaced the fan switch located on the thermostat housing yet? because that's what turns the fan on and off. if you did and it doesn't work then either the switch is bad or your thermostat is stuck closed. however since the car isn't over heating i'd say the switch is bad. they do go bad, and most the time are the cause of over heating in slow traffic. mine went bad, but i got lucky n it was stuck on not off.

Bleeding the cooling system may take 20-30 minutes.
1) Park the car on an inclined driveway with the front end higher than the rear.
2) Push the dash heater lever/**** to MAX heat.
3) Follow the directions in the diagram below (hint: the bleed bolt is located where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine):

OP, I didn't see anywhere that you tested the fan itself. Have you checked that the fan even works?

This diagram is awesome. Thanks. I'm troubleshooting my radiator fan motor and I think the Connector before the component is suspect (Voltage Drop: 12.1 to -12.1). Where does one go for connector, pins, electrical stuff in general?
Glad I joined this site, newb here. Definitely a newb to electrical systems and what not. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Re: cooling fan doesnt turn on (tried almost everything)
Ok so i did a mini-me swap on my girlfriends 98 civic but the cooling fans will no come on. If i turn on the A/C the A/C fan kicks on but not the radiator fan. If i unplug the coolant temperature switch and jump the wires the fan kicks on. The coolant temperature switch is one on three new ones that i bought. I swapped out the fan relay with the other relay that is in there as well. New fuse as well.
So correct me if im wrong but all i can conclude from this is the ECU is screwed up.
Any ideas? what temperature should the fan kick on?

For some reason when you plug in the left wire into the sensor, the right wire hast to be touching the left wire as well as the right prong amd then they will work as normal, but will not work if the are connected correctly unless they touch. Idk but try it

I can show you a video, but after replacing my relay, and reconnecting my 2 wires ( broken Pigtail) still no luck. While my car was running the only time I could get my coolant fan to turn on is when I stuck the right wire between the left wire and the prong, but would not work if they were plugged in correctly unless the 2 wires was touching once plugged in
