cooling can and heater not working? eg w/ 96 ls swap
having problems with my car... cooling fan doesnt work and either does heat(does not blow any air at all)... i was trouble shooting this problem and i think ive come down to it it might be a relay..... anyone have any other idea what it could be?

Radiator hoses getting to the right temp. If not could be faulty water pump or thermostat. all coolant hoses attached to the right spots?
