Default coolant on top of valves

buddy gave me a 93 dx hatch, he said it was blowing smoke and all that so i checked it out and I find coolant on the injector seat and on top of the intake valves. now this is only on the #1 cyl and all others fire just fine and it runs ok as long as the rpms are abve 3k. if I let it sit overnight it starts up great and runs just fine until it warms up then the #1 cyl wont fire unless its over 3k rpms. I changed the intake manifold gasket and bypased teh Fast idle and EACV with a tube loop to isolate any coolant getting into the intake.

SO question is, blown head gasket or cracked head or I dont know,

the cooalnt isnt milky the oil is clean and the cylindar only seems to have a little coolant in it when i stop and take out the plug maybe a teaspoon worth

Thx in advance to your answers
