Default Convince me to keep the h22'ed hatch

As many of you know, my mr2 was stolen, and I bought it back as a dedicated autocrosser.

I love and miss my daily driver '2.

I want to sell the hatch and buy another mr2. This time a n/a.

I hope to build this into a 11 sec DD.

Any thoughts or comments?

Help!

I love my hatch, but the '2 is such a great car !

N/A MR2????? Why????? Too damm slow.

N/A with a 3gs head, they call it a 4gs.

Still going to be hard to get that thing moving around N/A its to heavy even the lightest Mr2 with no ttop/ABS/EHPS Still weighs in at 27xx pounds. I know carpoint and other places say different but we bought a 91 N/A hardtop mr2 with Nothing in it, not even a radio, took it and weighed that beast and it came out to 2712 pounds Pretty PORKY.

But if you just want to turn it I think it would be pretty damn nice to have a 160-170 WHP all motor Mr2 I looked into doing it myself. It will definatly out turn your h22a Hatch (granted you can drive an mr2 like I can )

So its really up to you. after 2 mr2's I actually CAME BACK to honda I loved the mr2 but it was just a pain in the *** to own and find stuff for (not in a reliabilty sense) but getting parts for it sucked!! Mr2's turn HARD tho, I still havnt driven a car that could turn like my Mrdux that car was the reason I gave up drag racing and started twisting my cars.

either way youll be happy tho both are great cars.

hmmm, a hatch or a 2. i personally have not driven a h22 hatch. but i have driven two different mr2's with some decent mods. two good friends of mine have 2's that are very nice. i have seen alot of pics of ur two and im very impressed. i love hondas more than any other car, but i would trade my car anyday for a decent 2. i just love the handling and power of the little buggers. every chance i get to drive a 2 i jump on it, i cant say enough good things about it. now for the h22, i personally would build one if i had the funding and time. ive always wanted to and hoepfully will one day. if i were you i would lean towards the to bc i love the feeling of the rwd and boostin 15+ psi. either way you are gunna be a lucky guy.... so think it over and have fun with what you decide to do. good luck

-Ian

***EDIT***

i didnt see that you want a n/a mr2... i would go with the hatch, disreagrd my attempt to be helpful earlier, sorry
