Default converting from Obd-2a to Obd-1...what ecu should i use? basic bolt ons...

im running obd-2a in an ek and i just wanna convert to obd-1 to knock out all the unessary sensors, check engine codes etc....
my motor is basically stock: skunk IM, 65mm TB, headers, intake, exhaust etc..
no internal work..

im just wondering what obd-1 ecu should i use to run on my car for now?
any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!!!

So you're hoping by running a different ECU it will "magically" cure all your CEL's? Good logic.

Ive got a 99 and i converted to OBDI also. get a p28 ecu from a 92-95 civic and a ob2-to-obd1 conversion harness. I found both mine on ebay for under 150 bucks works perfect. knocked all the sensors off that shouldnt be on. But didnt have any on before so im assuming you didn't either.

2000 gsr motor
running 97 gsr ecu right now...
its throwing that annoying code 91 that most ek swaps have.
it doesnt affect the performance of the car though.
i got a obd2a-obd1 harness laying around.
why not use it.
