why did you swap to OBD1, and doesn't ODB1 use a 2 wire IACV for all engines??, you have a 3 wire

you need to swap intake manifolds, once again, why did you swap to OBD1?

i read that if you move pin A14 to the empty A12 location, and then unpin A13 and leave it unpinned (taped off) because it is useless.. Can anyone back this up?? Thanks...

you cannot control a 3 wire IACV with a 2 wire ECU, you need to swap intake manifolds to a manual Y8 and you have to do that ecu pin switch

If you do have a 3-wire IACV, it'll never be controlled by an ECU that originally controlled a 2-wire IACV and vice-versa, as sicones already pointed out.
