control arm bushing EG
i was changing my old bushings to polyurethane energy suspension bushings and was wonderin if any body has any tips or ways to remove the sleeve or ring frm the old bushing on the control arm.

A press. That's what it's for. You can burn out the old ones and use a dremel to remove the ring, but that gets tricky.
