heres what happened, my brothers car got impounded last night for racing. they put a handcuff on him but the cop decided not to put him on jail. he told him that his car will be impounded for 30 days. what are the consequences once he got the car back?

i dunno that his info will stay in the police records and more likely in the future if he gets caught racing again:
1. he will go to jail
2. his car will get impounded
3. a large fine baby!!!

what i dont get are cops allowed to impound the vehicle for 30days its not he drugs are some **** like that. who knows? he can try drivers ed so can get the ticket removed...sorry dude thats the best i can do.

i have some car seats in the back and all i hear is daddy go faster!!!

Not sure man they suspended my license for 90days for racing on the interstate and i wasnt really racing and i was only doin 17 over so im not sure probaly nothin maybe charge you for some bullcrap so they can make some money thats bout it...... sucks bout ur bro how'd he get cought?
