Default Concern of a crack in my engine bay.

I have a 2000 civic hatchback, and when i bought the car it had DC suspension bars. i took them out and sold it so i can invest it towards my motor. But anyways for some reason after i took it out i didnt notice about a couple months later that it began cracking where the shock tower is. its begging to tug at the fender and seperate the screws that hold the fender in place away. ill get some pictures up in a bit.

Do you have a camber kit in the front? How's the suspension? Camber kits in the front often cause the now longer upper control arm to dent the wheel well from the outside when the suspension compresses, leaving cracks and dents in that area.

im just lowered on skunk2 adjustables, but no camber kit. the shocks are going bad though...you think its from bottoming out. its ripping the wall from the fender!
